At XBC, we want our customers to be happy and highly profitable with the POS terminals and kiosks we provide. We maintain a solid partnership with our customers to supply product enhancements, service, and upgrades, both hardware and software, with minimal costs and fast turn-around times.

Technical Support:

Online support is available via LogMeIn, email, and online chat. We can walk you through a transaction and any other problem in minutes. We also provide our customers with an after-hour mobile phone number. This number can be used in case of an emergency or if our techs are needed after business hours, holidays, or weekends. We can solve most problems quickly over the phone. This service keeps you up and running while reducing the need for on-site service visits, which can also be arranged if necessary.

Exchanges:

As a means of keeping our customers up and running, we maintain an inventory of service parts for fast delivery. Printers, bill acceptors (current models only), control boards, and POS terminal are always available. We issue RA #'s to all units that will be sent to us. Just print and fill in the necessary information on the  repair order form
