• We Offer free support by phone or e-mail. Approximately 98.9% of the service issues are identified and resolved over the phone.
• Repair services and preventive maintenance training are free.
• New machines and POS terminals have a one year warranty. Leased and rented POS terminals are warranted for the length of the contract.
• Used and refurbished machines and POS terminals receive six months of warranty when available.
• The six month warranty on replacement parts and major components such as inner mechanisms, bill acceptors, and control boards

All new terminals are covered under warranty for a period of one year from the date of shipment. If parts are needed during this warranty period, the replacement parts are covered for the remaining balance of the original machine warranty period.

Our objective is to keep machines operating at the highest rate of efficiency as possible.
