Instruction Mobile Virtual Terminal

Mobile Virtual Terminal (WB-MVT) can be used to perform all transactions online without the use of an actual terminal. Necessary requirements are a PC or smartphone with Internet access.

1- Select your browser app on your phone.

For example, when using an iPhone, select 'Safari' and type http://mvt.myxbc.com

2-Enter Account Information

To setup the VT, you will need the account number, username, password, and clerk pin.

After entering the required information, you can check the box saying 'Remember me' to save the encrypted cookie on your device. If you have not checked the box when you setup your VT, you will be required to login with the account information every time before using.

Navigation Buttons and Functions
	Go to 'Sell Pins' page
	Go to 'Sell TopUp' page
	Go to 'Sell TopUp' page using stored phone numbers.
	Go to 'Reports' page
	Cancel transaction and return to home page.
	Logout and return to login page.
	Complete TopUp Sale Transactions
	Complete Void TopUp Transaction
	Complete Pin Sale Transaction
	Return to the home page.

How to Sell a Pin

•  Select Pin value
  • Press or
  • The SMS confirmation option is not mandatory.
•  Press
• Print voucher when desired and select   to return to the main menu.
• Select if needed, or to return to the main menu.

 

How to Sell a TopUp

Direct TopUp amounts will be sent directly to the phone. The end user phone number will be needed to perform this transaction.

• Select 'TopUp Product'
  • or
• Enter the seven digit phone number.
• Enter the whole dollar amount e.g.: ten dollars would be 10.
• Select to continue with transaction.
• Print receipt when needed and select   to return to the main menu.
• Select if needed, or to return to the main menu.

Sell TopUp using my Numbers

You can store frequently used phone numbers and make quick a TopUp transaction. To store the phone number, you have to go to the PVT. (http://pvt.myxbc.com) You can' add numbers in the MVT.

• Select the number you want to TopUp.
  • The buttons show the name and phone number as well as the the TopUp value in brackets.
• The number and amount will be filled in. You can still change the amount if needed.
• Select to continue with transaction.
• Print receipt if needed and select   to return to the main menu.
• Select if needed, or, to return to the main menu,

How to Void a TopUp if send by error.

To Void a TopUp transaction, you must have the transaction number of the transaction you want to void.

• Press
• Enter the TopUp transaction number.
• Press
• Print receipt if needed and select   to return to the main menu.
• Please note, you can only void a TopUp transaction if the equal amount of funds of the TopUp sent in error is available on the phone number that received it.
• The void is only successful if completed within a 10-hour period from the original transaction.
