Instruction Personal Virtual Terminal

Personal Virtual Terminal (WB-PVT) can be used to perform all your transactions online without the use of an actual terminal. Necessary requirements include a PC or any smartphone with (GPRS) Internet access.

1- Select your browser.

Type: http://pvt.myxbc.com

2-Enter Account Information

To setup the web-based PVT, you will need the account number, username, password, and clerk pin.

After entering the required information, you can check the box 'Remember Me' to save the encrypted cookie on your device. If you have not checked the box when you setup your PVT, you will be required to login with the account number, username, password, and clerk pin every time you want to use your PVT.

How to sell a Pin

•  Select pin value
  • Press or
  • The option 'SMS Confirmation to' is optional.
•  Press
• Print Voucher when needed, and select   to return to the main menu.
• Select if needed or to return to the main menu.

 

How to Sell a TopUp

Direct TopUp amounts will be sent directly to the phone. The end user phone number will be needed to perform this transaction.

• Select TopUp Product
  • or
• Enter the seven-digit phone number.
• Enter amount in whole dollars e.g.: ten dollars would be (10)
• Select to continue with transaction.
• Print receipt when needed, and select   to return to the main menu.
• Select if needed or to return to the main menu.

Sell TopUp using My Numbers

You can store frequently used phone numbers and use them to quickly make a TopUp transaction.

• Select the number you want to TopUp.
  • The button shows a name and a phone number. The TopUp value is displayed in brackets.
• You will see that the number and amount are filled. You can still change the amount.
• Select to continue with transaction.
• Print receipt if needed and select   to return to the main menu.
• Select if needed or return to the main menu.

How to Add a Number to my Numbers.

• Select on the home page,
• Select the country from the dropdown.
• Enter the phone number.
• Enter a name you want associated with the number.
• Add a default recharge amount.
• Select
• Enter the number again to select.
• You will see a confirmation "number added"
• Select to return to the home page.

 

How to Void a TopUp Error.

To void a TopUp transaction, you must have the transaction number desired to void.

• Press
• Enter the TopUp transaction number.
• Enter the Pin.
• Press
• Print receipt when needed, and select   to return to the main menu
• Please note, you can only void a TopUp transaction if the equal amount of funds sent in error is available on the phone number it went to.
• The void can only be successful if completed within a 10-hour period from the original transaction.

 

Report

• On the home page, select
