Installation of the VT Application

First, download the application using here. The page looks like:

1. Click the 'install' button on the Xtreme Virtual Terminal Page

When using Google Chrome, save the application. When using Internet Explorer, run the application. The program will install automatically; move to step four

2. For Chrome and Firefox: Click Save

3. Chrome and Firefox: Click 'set up' and select open

4. Click Run

5. The application will start downloading.

6. Click to install the VT Application

7. Fill in your retailer account information.

There are several options to select how you want the application to work:

  1. Auto Log off - When checked, the application will automatically log off upon completing the designated time listed in the time field. This number represents time in minutes.
  2. Automatically Print Receipt Pin - When checked, a receipt will print automatically for each pin sale.
  3. Automatically Print Receipt TopUp - When checked, a receipt will print automatically for each TopUp transaction.
  4. You can add a note or advertising at the bottom of receipts in the Terminal Text box. This information will print on all receipts. To type on the next line, click keys Control and Return at the same time.
  5. Printer Margin Here, you can specify the printer margins to use for vouchers.

 

8. Select your default printer for vouchers.

If you have a specific receipt printer, please select it.
